Not to place false or fraudulent orders. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that such an order has been placed, we are entitled to cancel it and notify the relevant authorities;

If you do not provide us with all the information we require, we will not be able to process your order.

To use the contracts listed at the top of this page solely for information on products for sale and/or orders already processed, purchase proposals, or any problems with purchased products or your order. Therefore, you shall not use the above contact information for advertising or spam purposes.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER;

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to delete or edit any materials or content thereof. While we will always make every effort to fulfill all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse to process orders after the Order Confirmation has been sent, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
We assume no liability to you or any third party for the removal of any product from this website, for the deletion or modification of any material or content on the website, or for the failure to process your order after the Order Confirmation has been sent, or for delays in shipping or any other unforeseen issues or problems.

PRODUCT DELIVERY/COLLECTION;

Our goal is to provide prompt shipping, generally within 24 hours to 4 business days in Italy, 3-7 business days for EU countries, and 5-15 days for non-EU countries.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
Pickups or purchases are accepted at the store; RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s., Via Pinerolo 95, Candiolo, 10060 Turin, Italy, is open during business hours from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. We recommend checking availability by calling +39 0119621520.

In the event of confirmed non-delivery or if the shipment is not made within 20 business days for Italy and 30 business days for abroad, RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. undertakes to return the product at your expense or refund the total amount paid by you at the time of purchase. RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. therefore will not take any action prior to the expiration of the above-mentioned deadlines.
If you purchase express shipping (24, 48, 72 hours, or similar) and the shipment is delayed, the shipping cost will not be refunded, even partially.
If you use free shipping and the shipment is delayed, the shipping cost will not be refunded, even partially.
If the product is tracked and delivered to the city where the order was placed, no refund or other compensation will be issued and the order will be considered completed.

PRODUCT DAMAGE;

If the product is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must notify the carrier of a conditional return and/or document and prove that the damage was actually caused before or at the time of delivery of the product and not by the buyer. This will enable RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. to refund the amount paid at the time of ordering or to replace the product, at RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s.'s discretion.

PRODUCT RISK;

The risk of the products will pass to you upon delivery.

PRODUCT WARRANTY;

All products have a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise specified, from the date of purchase.

PRODUCT RETURN;

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY;

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights in the materials or content presented as part of the website are owned by us or by those who have licensed them to us. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy your order information or Contact details.
