REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER;

We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and/or to delete or edit any materials or content thereof. While we will always make every effort to fulfill all orders, exceptional circumstances may arise that require us to refuse to process orders after the Order Confirmation has been sent, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
We assume no liability to you or any third party for the removal of any product from this website, for the deletion or modification of any material or content on the website, or for the failure to process your order after the Order Confirmation has been sent, or for delays in shipping or any other unforeseen issues or problems.

PRODUCT DELIVERY/COLLECTION;

Our goal is to provide prompt shipping, generally within 24 hours to 4 business days in Italy, 3-7 business days for EU countries, and 5-15 days for non-EU countries.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
Pickups or purchases are accepted at the store; RG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.S., Via Pinerolo 95, Candiolo 10060 Turin, Italy, recommend checking availability by calling +39 0119621520.

In the event of confirmed non-delivery or if the shipment is not made within 20 business days for Italy and 30 business days for abroad, RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. undertakes to return the product at its expense or refund the order for the total amount paid at the time of purchase. RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. therefore will not take any action prior to the expiration of the above-mentioned deadlines.
If you purchase an express (24, 48, 72-hour, or similar) delivery service and the delivery is delayed, the shipping cost will not be refunded, even partially.
If the product is delivered to the city where the order was placed, no refund or other compensation will be issued and the order will be considered completed.

PRODUCT DAMAGE;

If the product is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must notify the carrier of a conditional return and/or document and prove that the damage was actually caused before or at the time of delivery of the product and not by the buyer. This will enable the buyer to obtain from RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. a refund of the amount paid at the time of ordering or a replacement product, at the discretion of RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s.

PRODUCT RISKS;

The risk of the products will pass to the buyer upon delivery.

PRODUCT WARRANTY;

All products have a 2-year warranty, unless otherwise specified, from the date of purchase.

PRODUCT RETURN;

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without having to provide any reason;       The withdrawal period referred to in the previous paragraph expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, it expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good.

RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. We do not accept returns if the product and related accessories, such as instructions or other items, are not in the same condition as when delivered. Any damage, shortages, or other defects are not covered.

All costs related to returns, including shipping, are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY;

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights in the materials or content presented as part of the website are owned by us or by those who have licensed them to us. You may use such material only in ways for which we have express authorization. This does not prevent you from using this website to the extent necessary to copy your order information or Contact details.
