Refund policy

The sale of products through this website is managed by RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s., with registered office at Via Vincenzo Bellini 0/A, 10121 Turin, Italy.

PRODUCT RETURNS;

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period referred to in the previous paragraph expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods or, in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, it expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.

Then send the product to Via Pinerolo 95 10060 CANDIOLO - TO - ITALY.
After receiving the product, the refund will generally be issued within one business day.
The returned product must be complete with original accessories and documentation. If the product is damaged, incomplete, altered, installed, or connected to the vehicle resulting in a loss of value, RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. reserves the right to reduce or exclude the refund, within the limits set by applicable law.
All costs related to the return, including shipping(s), are the responsibility of the buyer.
The refund will always be made to the original payment method used.

Products defective, incorrect, or damaged during delivery
In the event of a defective, incorrect, or damaged product upon delivery, the customer must contact us at automotive@rginternational.net, indicating the order number and attaching photographs of the product and packaging.

After verification, RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. will replace the product or issue a refund, at no cost to the customer, as agreed upon. In these cases, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.

These general terms and conditions apply from January 1, 2025.
