The sale of products through this website is managed by RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s., with registered office at Via Vincenzo Bellini 0/A, 10121 Turin, Italy.

PRODUCT DELIVERY/COLLECTION:

Our goal is to provide rapid delivery, generally within 24 hours to 4 business days in Italy, 3-7 business days for EU countries, and 5-15 days for non-EU countries.
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
Collections or purchases directly at the store are accepted; RG INTERNATIONAL S.R.L.S. We recommend checking availability by calling +39 0119621520.

In the event of confirmed non-delivery or if shipment is not made within 20 business days for Italy and 30 business days for international orders, RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. undertakes to return the product at your expense or refund the order for the total amount paid by you and received by RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. at the time of purchase. RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. will therefore not take any action prior to the expiration of the above-mentioned deadlines.
If you purchase an express (24, 48, 72-hour, or similar) delivery service and the delivery is delayed, the shipping cost will not be refunded, even partially.
If the product is tracked and delivered to the city where you placed the order, no refund or other compensation will be issued and the order will be considered completed.

PRODUCT DAMAGE;

If the product is damaged upon delivery, the buyer must notify the carrier of a conditional acceptance and/or document and prove that the damage was actually caused before or at the time of delivery of the product and not by the buyer. This will enable RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s. to refund the amount paid at the time of ordering or replace the product, at RG INTERNATIONAL s.r.l.s.'s discretion.
